Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Daily chart assembly, pull charts, and copy as needed.
- Answers telephone requests.
- Release of information of medical records.
- Other duties or task may be requested or assigned by immediate supervisor.
- Must be able to work and accomplish duties without close supervision.
