Quail Run Behavioral Health Hospital Phoenix is seeking a dynamic and talented Director of Outpatient Services to join our team of compassionate, dedicated professionals.
Summary:
The Director of Outpatient Services has day-to-day responsibility for the management and operation of the program. Primary responsibility for the development, implementation and achievement of the program’s strategic business plan in conjunction with routine operations to include: quality of services, staff development, maintenance of licensure and accreditations, financial performance and continuous performance improvement. Monitors patient volumes, quality of care, and performance of staff to identify areas for improvement. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and are adhering to the approved budgets. The incumbent will be challenged with growing and expanding the current business model.

Qualifications
Job Requirements:
- Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in social work, mental health, or related degree required
- A minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a healthcare setting or managed care company, with experience in patient assessment, treatment planning, psychoeducation and psychotherapy process groups, and utilization management, or case management
- LCSW, or LPC, or other healthcare related independent licensure required
- Level 1 Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card or be able to obtain within 30 days of hire.
