This PACS Administrator opportunity is full time at 40 hours per week, offers full benefits and a convenient day shift schedule. The PACS Administrator will be responsible for managing Imaging PACS systems, Cardiac PACS, Nuance Power share and Nuance dictation system to ensure the systems are running effectively. Over sees charge reconsilation process to ensure appropriate charge are used and completed. Works to ensure QA reports are run and maintaineted. Trouble shoots system and sets up new equipment to ensure operation is working well. Works with vendor and NNMC I.T department to maintain items. Help provide training to new staff and physicians
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Demonstrates knowledge of setting up new equipment in the PACS systems.
- Knowledge of adding locations to Power Share
- Demonstrates knowledge of working to trouble shoot PACS systems if not working.
Evaluates dailey unread exams evaluations

Qualifications
- High School graduate; BS degree preferred.
- Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) preferred.
- PACS experience preferred.
- Associate or BS degree in business, organizational Information systems, informatics or technology related fields. (work experience may be substituted)
- Current BLS certification with in 90 of employment
- May be required to take call /standby as needed.
