Leadership Opportunity!
Under the general supervision of the Chief Executive Officer, assists with planning and implementing the Performance Improvement Program to meet the needs of the facility. Oversees and facilitates performance improvement activities throughout the facility and coordinates all regulatory body surveys. Directs and supports Performance Improvement and Quality Council activities.

Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare related field or graduate of an accredited nursing program. Master’s preferred.
Experience:
Minimum three (3) years clinical experience in an in-patient acute care facility (psychiatric preferred) with knowledge of performance improvement activities.
Certification:
Lean 6 Sigma certification preferred.
Physical requirements:
Sedentary Work – Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. Job may be defined as sedentary when walking and standing are required occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met.
