The Horsham Clinic is seeking a dynamic and talented Quality Improvement Analyst
The Horsham Clinic is a 206 bed private behavioral healthcare facility located on a beautiful 55-acre suburban campus. We are minutes from Philadelphia and we serve Southeastern Pennsylvania and New Jersey. The Horsham Clinic provides comprehensive behavioral health services to children, adolescents, adults, and their families. Programs and services are located on the main campus in Ambler, Pennsylvania, as well as satellite day hospital programs in Pennsylvania, Delaware County, and Chester County.

The Quality Improvement Analyst is responsible to assist with Quality Improvement functions across the facility. The position has responsibility for collection, compilation, and maintenance of data. Data collected and organized is related to quality of service and compliance with organizational, regulatory and accreditation standards for inpatient psychiatric services. The QI Analyst assists the Director of Performance Improvement in providing information to regulatory agencies, managed care companies, and to UHS Corporate offices. In addition, the QI Analyst will assist with staff development activities in support of improvement initiatives and goals.

Qualifications
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree required
- Experience in Behavioral Health, Healthcare or Human Services
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience managing healthcare / behavioral health QI data preferred.
- Must be detail oriented and possess strong organizational and communication skills.
