Receptionist - Behavioral Healthcare
Status: Full time or Part time positions
Shifts: Must be able to work Tuesday & Thursday shifts - 4hr or 8 hr shifts available
Locations: Springville and Provo
Provo Canyon School is a psychiatric residential treatment facility serving youth who may be dealing with emotional, behavioral or academic challenges. Your Responsibilities will include:
- Personally responds to direct request or questions from customers in a timely manner
- Flexible work schedule; availability for evening, weekend, and holidays
- Responsible for completing daily reception duties during assigned shift
- Responsible for communicating to the reception team of critical and informative information; updating the communication log at the end of every shift
- Prepared to collaborate with other departments to assist with various requests and shift coverage
- Order and maintain office and visit room supplies

Qualifications
Your Qualifications will include:
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Ability to pass thorough background check and drug screen
- Acceptable oral and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain information as highly confidential and familiarity with medical and psychological terminology preferred
- Skilled in dealing courteously with the public, staff and patients within the school
