POSITION SUMMARY:
Handle recruiting efforts including job postings and requisition management through the ATS. Establish channels of recruitment for all positions. Manage all positions based on a position control system, and manage job vacancies to ensure that the jobs are filled with competent candidates. Assist with training and retention efforts.
MAJOR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provides full-cycle recruitment efforts: sourcing, phone screenings and in-person interviews, candidate and hiring manager logistics, initiates and monitors salary recommendation, background and drug screens and onboarding
- Monitor ATS daily to respond to new applicants within 24 hours. Screen applications and send them to the appropriate hiring manager. Update statuses in ATS as appropriate.
- Work with other Human Resources (HR) professionals to ensure a smooth recruitment and application process.
- Working closely with company Directors to identify staffing, recruitment, and training needs, and provide solutions using a collaborate approach.
- Establish recruitment channels that generate applications for open positions. Work with local colleges and universities to establish relationships that will result in applicants.
- Coordinate with HR and Hiring Manager to ensure onboarding and orientation of new hired staff is handled appropriately. Respond to questions and needs of new hires as they go through the onboarding/orientation process.
- Making regular contact with new employees during their first 6 months to support employee satisfaction and retention efforts.
- Maintain tracking system in accordance with organizational policy and regulatory requirements.
- Attend all annual in-service meetings and maintain any required certifications.
- Personally respond to direct requests or questions from customers in a timely manner. Listen carefully to customers, asking clarifying questions to ensure their specific need or request is addressed.
- Maintain composure during stressful interactions.
- Keep commitments extended to customers.
- Collaborate with other staff to continually improve service delivery.
- Participate in internal Quality Improvement program.
- ability to intervene and communicate appropriately with adolescents.
Qualifications
REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Bachelors’ Degree required, prefer HR or related field.
Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of requirement experience. Healthcare experience highly preferred.
