Northwest School of Innovative Learning, is a behavioral, therapeutic and academic learning program that helps meet the academic, special education, and behavioral health needs of students with locations in Olympia, Redmond and Tacoma, Washington.
We are currently seeking a forward thinking and talented Admin Assistant for our Redmond Campus to play a key role in helping to build a dynamic employee culture where employees are engaged and find long-term success.
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support for the Director, site supervisors, and general operational needs of the program. Duties include performing clerical duties, attending and taking minutes for meetings, coordinating the purchase order system, maintaining administrative and student files, coordinating school computer needs, and providing support relating to confidential matters as required.
Responsible for personal and Corporate Service Excellence standards.

Qualifications
The Admin Assistant position requires:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience: At least two (2) years experience as an Administrative Assistant, in an educational or behavioral healthcare setting preferred.
Additional Requirements: Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and other office productivity software programs. Successful completion of CPR and First Aid certification. Successful completion of HWC (Handle With Care) and verbal de-escalation training.
