TECH - MAMMOGRAPHY (PRN)

Performs mammograms as a primary assignment. May perform other diagnostic imaging procedures based upon facility needs.

Per licensure requirement.

Requires a minimum of one year experience as a Registered Radiology Tech. Prefer one year of Mammography experience

Must have a current license by the State of Texas and A.R.R.T. (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists). Must maintain AHA or ARC BLS (Basic Life Support) Healthcare Provider card showing completion of cognitive and skills evaluation in accordance with the curriculum of AHA BLS (CPR & AED) program.

Must be capable of making independent decisions, work under stress at times, and have good interpersonal skills.
