Position Summary:
This role is ideal for someone that has strong client services skills working with wealth management, accounting, tax compliance, and investment strategies.
Wealth Management Specialist:
- Serves as the trusted advisor to individuals, families and family offices on strategic, operations, accounting and financial matters.
- This individual will have a broad and deep understanding of sophisticated wealth management and accounting practices.
- Responsibilities include managing the financial services for individuals, families and family offices. This will involve maintaining regular communication with the client, and working in consultation with the client’s other financial and legal advisors.
- Ability to discuss financial performance, economic, and market trends.
- Communicates with attorneys, accountants and other advisors on financial, tax and estate planning.
- Facilitates client discussions to stay current and ahead of cutting-edge tax-related developments, legislative and regulatory changes affecting family offices.
- Develop education sessions with UHY Partners and deliver presentations to clients and staff.
- Monitor performance versus benchmarks and develops insights for clients regarding key contributors and detractors.

- Solicit internal experts from across the Firm to assist in marketing & selling Firm services to existing clients

Experience and Education:
· Bachelor Degree or equivalent in a related field - Investments, Finance, Law, Accounting, Tax, Economics, Business Administration.
· A minimum of 5 years related experience with a solid, current and proven understanding of accounting, tax principals, wealth management and investment strategies.
· Experience with the latest technology such as Sage Intacct, Quick Books Online, Black Diamond, Addepar, Masttro, Private Wealth Systems, Wealth Access, eMoney, MoneyGuide Pro.
Certifications:
At least one certification preferred: CFP, CPA, CFA or CIMA.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
