DOT GUARD SERVICES EFFORT (DOTGS)
Bowhead seeks individuals to network with relative to a potential opportunity on the Department of Transportation (DOT) Guard Service contract located in Washington DC. The Guard Service contract will provide armed Protective Security services to the FPS A-9 standard in effort to maintain a secure environment in which visitors and employees can conduct the business of DOT with confidence.

- Training Manager
- Guard Force Facility Commander
- Full time Protective Security Officers
- Part time Protective Security Officers

Qualifications

- Required education, years of experience, and certifications will vary based on position requirements
- A-9 Certification is required.
- Intermediate to advanced level skills in Microsoft Office software suite - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and outside contacts
- Strong interpersonal skills and good judgment with the ability to work alone or as part of a team
Physical Demands: • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds • Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time• Must be able to twist, bend, and squat periodically
SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIRED: Must be able to maintain a clearance at the Secret level. US Citizenship is a requirement for Secret clearance at this location.
