Overview
Bowhead seeks a Mid-Level Web Developer to support its customer in Springfield, VA. The Web Developer shall posess detailed knowledge of HTML, CSS, XML, PHP, Java, JavaScript, MySQL, and Oracle and must be fully capable of building new websites and maintaining existing websites in the SharePoint environment. Additionally, the Web Developer will manage existing tools for tracking work orders and activities, and data systems for images and metrics.
Responsibilities
- Develop and/or maintain websites using HTML, CSS, XML, PHP, Java, JavaScript, SharePoint, MySQL, and Oracle
- Establish priorities, gather requirements, and document website development process
- Understand and stay current, new and emerging web development approaches
- Stay up-to-date of the latest technological requirements and rewrite and/or update websites as required with required coding languages
- Develop new or maintain existing versions of websites to meet the needs of the customer
Qualifications
• 5-7 years of web development with HTML, CSS, XML, PHP, Java, JavaScript• Experience developing in SharePoint environment• Experience with MySQL and Oracle or relatable database system• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite / Creative Cloud web development applications a plus• Security Clearance – TS with SCI (upgrade from Secret for the right candidate)
SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Must currently hold a security clearance at the Top Secret/SCI level. Must be eligible to obtain a CI Poly. US Citizenship is a requirement for a Top Secret/SCI clearance.
