Overview Bowhead seeks an Executive Action Officer to support its customer in Springfield, VA. The Executive Action Officer will assist in the day-to-day coordination and data management of customer activities. Responsibilities • Preparing and editing correspondence, reviewing guidance, and distilling information for distribution. • Provide timely coordination and distill responses from multiple parties with minimal supervision. • Maintain calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate actions pre and post meetings. • Provide logistics and management support to Executive staff, including coordinating and entering travel into MET and DTS. • Understand and adherence to Agency policies and procedures.

US Citizenship is a requirement for Top Secret/SCI clearance. Physical Demands: * Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds
* Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time
* Must be able to twist, bend and squat periodically #LI-JS1
