The Customer Service Representative II duties will include:Gaining and maintaining knowledge of and compliance with university policies and procedures in order to review, monitor, maintain, reconcile and correct parking and related financial records.This position ensures compliance with FERPA confidentiality laws when working with the university community and the general public and safeguards the university assets as well as ensures the accurate and timely recording and depositing of all university funds received from a variety of sources.Addressing university customer parking needs through daily customer interactions.Updating and maintaining records.Assisting field staff as needed.Addressing, processing and escalating citations and citation appeals.Performing clerical and related tasks for the department, such as data entry.Interpreting and applying extensive parking product and policy information and explaining complex regulations which are continuously reviewed and updated for clarity and improved customer service.
