What you’ll do As a Regional Business Director, in the CVRM business unit, you will be fully accountable for sales performance and market access across your region by leading and utilising a diverse matrix team including, primary care, secondary care & market access with a fully aligned medical team. You will define the strategy across the region based on your strong understanding of the NHS and utilise local and National resources to drive outcomes. You will be responsible for leading the regional business, ensuring investments are effective and that they drive growth within the therapy area. This role reports directly to the Business Unit Director and is a key member of the National Business Unit Leadership Team, providing local insight to help shape AstraZeneca's National strategy. You will demonstrate the following capabilities: Strong Commercial competence Excellent business planning and budget utilisation skills Analytical and interprets a wide range of data to drive effective commercial decision making Flexible, autonomous and decisive Strong matrix management of both Field Force and HQ cross-functional resources.
