Position Responsibilities Supervise a team of Financial Analysts, guiding and reviewing their work to provide feedback and training. Coordinate the semi-annual budget process and present the final product to management. Collaborate across departments to develop partnerships and provide financial guidance across the company. Manage, create and present various financial reports for our CFO and senior management. Generate ideas for strategic business performance analyses to make process improvement recommendations. Minimum Requirements Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance. 5 years of experience in areas like Financial Planning and Analysis, Accounting, Tax, Credit, etc. Supervisory experience a plus. Strong analytical, multi-tasking and communication skills with impeccable attention to detail. Some travel to Ulines North American locations.
