THE IMPACT YOU CAN HAVE 

 

The primary focus of this position is to serve as a subject matter expert for SAP HR and SuccessFactors and iCIMS talent suite. This individual will also serve as a technical point-of-contact and subject matter expert as it relates to SuccessFactors & iCIMS system maintenance, system administration and support. The Senior HRIS Analyst will work collaboratively to:

 

  • Evolve, execute and deploy People Success technology roadmap
  • Design, configure and implement SuccessFactors’ solutions as assigned
  • Lead the end to end testing experience for SuccessFactors modules as assigned (including user acceptance testing) and partner with the iCIMS talent acquisition team to ensure reporting feeds properly into all systems.
  • Support the day to day operations and supporting processes for Employee Central, Performance Management, Goal Management, Compensation Management, Succession Management & iCIMS talent acquisition system.  

 

CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Provides day to day support for system and operational activities across the extended People Success System portfolio including managing Cherwell tickets
  • Collaborates with vendor partners to configure and customize software, evaluate and test new functionality and interfaces, solve technical problems and manage priorities
  • Identifies and defines security requirements needed for SuccessFactors Employee Central (Core HR), and other various HR systems as required.
  • Plans, leads, coordinates and facilitates the UAT process for leaders, associates and People Success community for new or existing system functionality
  • Serves as a consultant for key clients and executives to facilitate the decision-making process (including assessment of cost, resources and schedule impacts) as needed
  • Partners with People Success to ensure processes and systems meet business needs and communicates system features / functionality and best practices
  • Enforce data integrity through regular audits and data transaction best practices
  • Documents functional requirements, Standard Operating Procedures, System Administration Guide and ‘how-to’ instructions for point solution(s) as assigned
  • Trains leaders, associates and HRBP community on system functionality and supporting processes for new and existing system deployments
  • Proactively explores and identifies new system features or functionality and vets with clients and PSL team as needed (including the validation and enablement of new releases)
  • Attends conferences, webinars and training to understand the future direction or trends for the point solution(s) assigned

THE ESSENTIALS FOR SUCCESS 

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher
  • 7-10 years of HRIS experience
  • Technical competence with SAP HCM, Employee Central, iCIMS and various SuccessFactors solutions
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including the ability to convey technical information to non-technical users
  • Project management, problem-solving and critical analysis skills
  • Knowledge of extended Microsoft Office Suite required
  • Robust familiarity with the HR Talent Life Cycle including strong experience with various HR Systems and business processes
  • Familiarity with SuccessFactors Talent Management Suite
  • Familiarity with iCIMS and Tableau
