Ultara Holdings is looking to hire a full-time Marketing Assistant to join our corporate office in Dallas, Texas. The position has significant variety and requires someone who is creative, organized, detail oriented, and comfortable multitasking.

Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining, organizing and reporting on company CRM data bases Administer, track, and report company’s marketing coop activities.
- Distribute, Administer, track, and report all sales leads and follow up activities
- Track and Distribute Marketing Analytics (Websites, Social Media and SEO)
- Event Planning – Such as Trade Shows, Customer Events, Open Houses, Trainings and other events as needed
- Updating Company Website Calendars
- Assist in monitoring and reporting on active marketing programs and developing ways to improve those campaigns
- Assist with Social Media Posting
- Work closely with retail managers for in-store collateral to be put on retail sales floors
Qualifications/Skill Set
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business and/or Marketing related field
- Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment
- A “CAN DO” Attitude
- Excellent Problem Solving Skills
- Must be willing to travel to offsite events
- Strong Communication and organizational skills
- Working knowledge of Social Media Platforms and posting/scheduling programs
- Working Knowledge of Word Press Website CMS
- Highly Proficient in MS Excel and Word
