Ultimate Dance On The Move Assistant Studio Director
We are looking for a brilliant and committed Operations Manager who is passionate about their work in the studio and in the classroom, diligent, extremely reliable, an outstanding communicator and a dedicated team player.
In this role, you will support UDOTM achieve the vision of the company by coordinating all the behind the scenes details of our signature program by working closely and reporting directly to the Director.

Monday: 1:30pm-8:45pm
Tuesday: 12pm-8:30pm
Wednesday: 1:30pm-8:00pm
Thursday: 11:00am-7:30pm
Friday: 1:00pm-7:00pm
Saturday- Sunday: OFF (excludes competitions/conventions around 3-4 a season, monthly special event nights, trainings and recital)
Job Description:
- Oversee studio operations
- Help in assisting studio owner run and manage the studio
- Act as a class substitute
- Communicate with all dancers, staff, parents and director on a daily basis
- Manage teachers/other staff & oversee scheduling & potential employees
- Continue to help grow and contribute to the success of the studio
- Assist at competitions/conventions/recitals & other performances (assistant director will be the one overseeing the competition team if needed)
- Help run and manage the front desk staff
- Handle all customers & potential leads with students and new locations (making sure that our customer satisfaction is at an all time high)
- Run the studio while director is away (being able to make end of day reports)
- Must attend annual conventions as a representative from our studio
(paid based off of how many hours you are at the conference)
- Manage marketing campaigns & social media accounts
- Take clients through our sales process & upsell to help grow the studio
