DESCRIPTION
Ultimate is a construction staffing firm that operates in over 40 states. We specialize in construction staffing and workforce management. We are currently seeking candidates to grow our sales territories and manage current client base.
Our primary responsibility is to educate and sign contractors on the benefits of utilizing Ultimate’s services.
This position will be local to employees' current market. Once metrics are hit Ultimate will open a physical branch in that territory. Once physical branch is opened our Sales Representative will then start to build their team and that branch. We are looking for likeminded individuals, with an overall competitive and entrepreneurial spirit!

Responsibilities:
Develop and Manage Contractors to Utilize Ultimate's Services
Contractor research and development
Performing market analysis
Manage and update company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM)
Provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
Report on the status of accounts
Suggest actions to improve performance and identify opportunities for growth
Requirements:
Strong desire to learn along with professional drive
Sports minded and competitive
Desire to work and excel as part of a team.
Knowledge of MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
Self Motivated
Understanding of sales and marketing
Good interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
Must be able to complete tasks properly and in a timely manner
