Fire Alarm Tech
Ultimate LLC is looking to hire Fire Alarm Techs for commercial fire alarm projects in the Jacksonville FL area. The pay range for fire alarm techs is $23-30 per hour based on experience. The majority of our position’s hours range from 45 to 50 hours a week. Fire alarm tech applicants must have a personal vehicle and be prepared to work up to 40 hours a week. Ultimate LLC provides weekly pay for all fire alarm techs with no week in the hole.
Ultimate Low Voltage Electrician responsibilities
Install and maintain fire alarm systems
Perform structured cabling (Cat5 and Cat6), fiber optic installation, and terminations and repair functions
Install conduit, including rigid, EMT, PVC and flex
Follow OSHA guidelines and standards
Fire alarm techs requirements
2 years of Fire Alarm experience
18 years of age
Ability to perform regular standing, bending and kneeling and lifting of up to 50 lbs without assistance
Math, problem solving, and construction skills
- Must be willing to travel 25-50% of the time
- Must have scissor/boom lift experience
