In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with cross-functional department operations including, presenting key information to internal and external stakeholders, and drive team development to ensure exceptional service delivery.
What You'll Do:
- Collaborate with various departments to streamline operations and elevate customer satisfaction levels
- Compile and present reports, trends, and insights to both internal teams and external clients
- Provide oversight to customer service operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and fostering team growth and development
What You'll Need:
- 3-5 years of experience in customer service, with a proven track record in management roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and ERP software systems
- Strong attention to detail, communication, and time management skills
- High School Diploma or GED

- Salary: $45,000 - $55,000
