Account Development Representative
Ultimate Staffing is working with a well-established company based in Columbia, Maryland, with over 23 years of experience in the digital solutions industry seeking an Account Development Representative to join their team.
Compensation: Base Salary plus commissions with average first year earnings of $50,000 - $65,000
Work Environment: Casual and professional, fostering a culture of high performance with low turnover. Employees work on-site from private offices with access to support staff and resources, and the work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM ET.
Location: Columbia, Maryland (with national travel up to 25%)
Responsibilities:
- Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Building and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers through phone calls and meetings.
- Demonstrating and presenting the value of technology solutions to various audiences.
- Utilizing resources to execute strategies, measure performance, and enhance client interactions.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience:
- At least 1 year in B2B Sales or application sales, focusing primarily on VP/C-level executives.
- Background in both inbound and outbound prospecting and closing new business deals.
- Experienced in implementing a full suite of products in both proof of concept scenarios and production applications.
Skills:
- Passion for sales and a go getter mentality.
- Ability to support prospects through their evaluation process.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
