Ultimate Staffing is seeking an E-commerce Administrator for our client in Raleigh - 27603
This is a Full-Time, on site position! Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM! Pay will be $19/hr.
This position will be responsible for the day to day running of our as well as managing the sales process from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have experience with online retail, sales and customer service.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Develop and maintain a strong online presence on all platforms (e.g. Amazon, eBay, Walmart)
Input daily orders onto our system in order for the warehouse to pick and pack them to ship.
Manage daily issues that may arise from mis shipments or customer enquiries.
Assist accounts department with online sales invoicing and returns
Maintain a positive attitude and work with other team members to help out as needed
Assist in other projects as needed (e.g. product launches)
Experience:
2-3 years of experience in e-commerce administration is required.
Experience in Microsoft Excel
Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
Strong customer service skills (written & verbal)
Detail oriented with a high attention to accuracy & quality of work
Experience in Amazon/Walmart/eBay/WooCommerce
Knowledge of computer parts/product an advantage
