What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Receptionist position at Ultimate Staffing?
We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist for our Tyler Office.
Job Duties:
Welcomes patients, visitors, and vendors as the first point of contact for the clinic.
Schedule patient appointments, ensuring they are scheduled appropriately to optimize the patients' satisfaction, provider time, and treatment room utilization.
Keeps patient appointments on schedule; reminding/communicating with the TEAM of any service delays.
Comforts patients by anticipating patients' anxieties; answering patients' questions; maintaining the reception area.
Ensures availability of treatment information by filing and retrieving patient records.
Maintains patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal and financial information.
Verification of patients insurance.
Answering incoming phone calls in timely manner with a pleasant and professional tone.
Collect patient charges/co-pays, record and update financial information.
Protects patients' rights by maintaining confidentiality of personal and financial information.
Research demographic denials and rejected claims: Ensure all claims returned from processing are corrected and returned to be refilled.
Knowledgeable about cosmetic services and products: assist callers/patients or walk in clients wishing to inquire, schedule or purchase cosmetic services or product.
Database Management: Update and assist with the maintenance of the Allergan patient rewards program "Brilliant Distinctions' and other similar programs for cosmetic services and products. Tracking and referral maintenance, processing necessary paperwork and documentation required for surgery. Inventory and supply
Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
