Location: Millersville, MD
Pay: $18-$22/hourly based on experience
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the office and supervisors including facility maintenance.
- Maintain office supply inventory.
- Schedule appointments and/or meetings and attend to take detailed notes and distribute to appropriate parties.
- Communicate effectively via phone and email to internal and external personnel.
- Create and maintain organized filing system for all documents and reports.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of related experience in office-setting.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong time management skills and ability to multitask.
