Senior Customer Service Rep
Ultimate Staffing has partnered with a family owned company near Elkridge that is seeking a Senior Customer Service Rep to join their team! Great opportunity to get your foot in the door with a team that has impressive tenure across all roles and opportunities for growth!
Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
$20 - $24 hourly based on experience
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with established acounts via phone and email.
- Utilize excellent communication to build rapport with accounts.
- Follow up on damaged products to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with departments to relay customer concerns.
- Update customers on delayed orders.
- Meet with management to determine areas of opportunity and assist in developing action plans for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Able to work within a fast-paced environment.
- Professional communication both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- At least 3 years of B2B customer service experience.
- Proven track record of tenure in previous roles.
