Ultimate Staffing is seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Associate to join a growing Manufacturer in Irvine, CA. This position plays a key role in the smooth operation of our warehouse, ensuring efficient handling, storage, and distribution of goods. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality.
Location: Onsite, Irvine
Employment Type: Full Time, Direct Hire
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Salary: $19 - $22 hourly ( DOE)
Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management: Receive, unload, and store incoming shipments. Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Quality Control: Inspect and verify products for accuracy, quality, and condition.
- Operational Efficiency: Organize warehouse space and maintain a clean and orderly environment.
- Documentation: Keep accurate records of inventory, shipments, and transactions using inventory management software.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to meet warehouse goals and objectives.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Prior experience in a warehouse or distribution center preferred.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems a plus (e.g., SAP, WMS).
- Certification or experience operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment a plus.
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
