Position Details

  • FULL TIME - 38 HOURS PER WEEK 
  • Starting Pay: $12 - $14 per hour
  • Medical, Dental, Vision insurance available

Work Schedule: The stores are open Monday - Friday 11am - 7pm, Saturday 10am - 8pm, and Sunday 12pm - 4pm.  You will be scheduled during those hours based on your availability, the stores you're willing to work, and the number of hours you are willing to accept per week. 

Work Location: All Sales Representatives are required to work at least two different locations during your 5 days per week. You will typically work at one location for 3 days and a different location for 2 days. Candidates with the ability to work more than two locations will be prioritized based on their availability.

Position Summary
Sales Representatives are responsible for guiding the customer step-by-step through the sales process while ensuring they receive the best customer service possible and best products to fit their needs. As an aspiring subject matter expert, your role will require you to learn as much information as possible about all of the products we carry in order to accurately and efficiently assist customers. Sales Reps are responsible for the overall cleanliness, organization, and stocking of the sales floor to maximize product availability and ensure the sales area is presentable to every customer. In this position, you must be able to work independently and be self motivating, possess the ability to maximize downtime, and look for opportunities to constantly challenge yourself and grow in the company.

Ultimately, a successful Sales Representative will be self motivated, aspire to become a subject matter expert, and continue to grow with every customer interaction.

  • Guide customers through the sales process with exceptional customer service
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor at all times
  • Continuously develop your customer service skills to enhance the customer experience
  • Remain productive and efficient while operating a store solo
  • Be a team player and assist others in areas they need improvement as you grow
  • Be aware of updates to policies and procedures and implement them
  • Represent the company and the brand confidently and positively
  • Stay up to date with company growth and look for new opportunities with the business

Experience Requirements

  • Prior customer service experience is preferred, but not required
  • Sales experience preferred, but not required
  • Product experience preferred, but not required

Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time
  • Must be able to bend, kneel, and lift product to demonstrate to the customer
  • Must be able to climb step stools to access products on top shelves
  • Must be able to conduct basic janitorial work to ensure the cleanliness of stores
