Job Description
Looking for full time employees to join a well known medical device company as part of our 1st shift in Carlsbad, CA.
Schedule:
Monday through Friday -6 AM start time with OT eligibility on occasion
Pay:
$17.00/hr starting pay
General Responsibilities:
- Perform Line Clearance
- Ensure correct STD Fixture is selected
- Use Fixture to place Springs onto the Door
- Move Fixture into laser welding housing
- Align the crosshairs with the springs
- Press pedal once to weld
- Complete 7 welded parts for first article
- Then complete shop packet and turn into outgoing bin
