Job Description
Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Call Center Supervisor in the SW Houston area. The Supervisor's role is responsible for supervising Customer Service Representatives in a professional manner.
Position details:
Salary Range: $18 to $20 *depending on qualifications and/or experience
Scheduled Shift: 9am-6pm *subject to change, hours may change to a later shift.
The ideal candidate should possess the qualities below:
- Bilingual a plus, but not necessary
- Excellent communication, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to resolve issues in a professional manner
- Ability to lead and motivate employees
- Ability to work within a team
- Able to resolve complaint calls
- Strong leadership abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent required
