Job Description
Job Title: Customer Support Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Manage a high volume of incoming calls related to diverse settlements.
- Investigate and address inquiries from claimants promptly and accurately.
- Perform data entry tasks, transcribing important information from phone conversations.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving data irregularities effectively.
- Conduct callbacks to individuals who have left voicemails for additional support.
- Ensure a high level of accuracy and efficiency in resolving customer calls.
- Transfer information from hard copy documents to digital databases.
- Provide assistance with invoicing as required.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center or office environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Compensation: $22 per hour.
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Training Dates: October 16th, Go-live on October 17th.
- Location: On-site in Chanhassen, 100% in-office.
