What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service position at Ultimate?
Job Description
Ultimate Staffing is looking for a customer service and Data Entry person to join our team. This person would be able to work overtime as needed starting at 7:00 am and working to 5:30. You would be answering customer calls entering in the order and providing answer to any questions they have about the product.

What will you be doing?
Enter data into databases accurately
Verify accuracy of data
File documents after entering data
Answer incoming calls
Qualifications
Experience as a Data Entry Clerk or similar role
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, and Excel
Ability to type accurately and efficiently
Familiarity with databases
Previous experience in answering phones
