Job Description
Position Title: Dispatch Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule field service personnel efficiently.
- Communicate updates and support to field teams.
- Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities.
- Manage inbound and outbound calls.
- Promote company services and address customer concerns.
- Schedule appointments based on urgency and customer schedules.
- Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to team success as needed.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of customer service and dispatching experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
- Familiarity with ServiceTitan software is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Creative problem-solving abilities.
Additional Information:
- Pay: $21-25 per hour.
- Schedule: 11:30 am to 8 pm.
- Location: Onsite in Saint Paul office (moving to West St. Paul by September).
