Job Description
We are currently partnered with one of the top family-owned Alarm Companies in the Nation whose mission is 100% effort each day to produce the results expected from our customers and our team. We are looking to hire a Dispatcher with experience scheduling fire alarm inspections.
Position: Dispatcher
Scheduler Location: Near Hypoluxo, FL
Position Summary:
Dispatcher who would be responsible for efficiently and effectively scheduling fire inspections for various properties and facilities for 4-5 fire inspectors.
Dispatcher Responsibilities:
- Scheduling Inspections
- Calendar Management
- Communication and Coordination
- Documentation into CRM and Compliance Depot
- Reporting
Dispatcher Details and Qualifications:
- M-F
- 8am-4:30pm
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the alarm industry
- Scheduling, logistics, or related field is a must
- 19-22/hr depending on experience
