JOB DESCRIPTION
Our client in the mortgage industry has an immediate need for apart-timeHR Admin Assistant to support the Benefits team on atemporary assignment. The role will primarily be focused on processing benefit enrollments within the benefits administration system. This candidate will also assist the Benefits team with administrative tasks as needed, and may potentially extend to administrative support across the entire HR department. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in Human Resources and work with an awesome team!
Responsibilities:
Track and follow-up on required dependent documentation for new benefit enrollments.
Process benefit enrollment changes for employees with qualifying life events.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with a sense of urgency.
High level of proficiency with data entry.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Must be able to handle confidential matters with discretion.
