The HR Director must have outstanding people skills and demonstrate the ability to manage our personnel and ensure that our human resources programs and initiatives are effective, efficient, and aligned to overall business objectives.
Job Description:
- Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
- Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes.
- Employment application reference checks. Includes: background checks, verifying educational, personal, professional references. Should strive to complete within 2-4 working days.
- Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting regularly scheduled training programs.

- Management training
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) skills.
- Computer literacy a must. Company Centerspec ERP or similar software experience a major plus
- Must have understanding of company ESOP Plan
- Must know HIPAA laws
- Effective project and time management skills and ability to handle priorities
- Must be a recognized leader, a team player, attentive to detail and big picture oriented, a self-starter, customer focused, and results oriented
- Must have strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be adaptable and willing to take on additional challenges. High energy level and an ability to meet tight deadlines and thrive in a fast paced dynamic environment.
