Hourly Pay Rate: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Order Processing, order tracking, RMAs, and credits
- Updating customers and clients on product information, technical sheets, and order updates
- Customer service between clients and customers
- Research and update marketing material to send to clients
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree preferred
- 3 - 5 years of experience Inside Sales experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint
- Proficient in Publisher, Illustrator, or Photoshop
