Job Description
We are looking for an experienced, well organized Maintenance Manager to join our team dynamic team.
Primary Responsibilities:
* Repair of hotel property.
* General Maintenance.
* Preventative Maintenance.
* Responsible for hiring, and training new employees.
* Directs and supervises the staff in Property Operations.
* Additional duties to be discussed in the interview.
Qualifications:
* 3-5 years of Maintenance experience
* 2 years of Management experience
* Hospitality experience preferred
* Proficiency with excel
