Hours: Mon- Fri 9:00-5:30 or 9:30-6:00 based on client's business needs
Location: Chanhassen MN In office 100%

Clerical Processing Position
The Clerical Representative reviews incoming correspondence and provides professional, accurate, and timely responses.
Responsibilities:
- Offer customers an exceptional service experience by responding to inquiries with courtesy, knowledge, and professionalism, employing creative problem-solving to ensure a "One and Done" resolution.
- Stay abreast of all programs and campaigns under administration, maintaining a high level of knowledge.
- Deliver top-tier service through written correspondence, showcasing a "World-Class" approach.
- Apply creative problem-solving skills to achieve a resolution with a "one and done" mindset.
- Attain productivity and work process standards set by the department.
- Uphold department attendance standards to ensure consistent service.
- Successfully complete assigned projects under the guidance of the Team Leader.
- Input new business applications with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Manage correspondence processing accurately and in accordance with established standards.
- Handle return mail procedures effectively.
- Exceed monthly performance standards in Quality, Productivity, Proficiency, Retention, and Attendance.
- Contribute to departmental goals by accurately assessing and addressing customer needs while upholding service standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a high school diploma with three to four years related experience. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Previous experience with Teams and Outlook
- Must be able to gain trust, respect, and confidence from customers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Requires candidate with outstanding attendance.
- Background check required prior to starting.
