Description
- Verify certifications and education
- Conduct background checks
- Assist with the completion of onboarding paperwork
- Track applicants in excel spreadsheet
- Compile new employee digital file
- Communicate effectively with new hires via email and phone
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Google docs
- Experience reviewing W4 and I-9 forms
- Professional demeanor
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Extreme attention to detail
