We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Recruiter to join our client in Irvine, CA. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and adept at identifying top talent to support our growing organization. As a Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in attracting, evaluating, and hiring qualified candidates who align with our company culture and objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
- Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and team members.
- Manage the candidate experience from application to offer stage, ensuring timely communication and providing a positive impression of our company.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records.
- Develop and maintain relationships with universities, professional organizations, and industry groups to attract top talent.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities to management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
- Familiarity with engineering roles and recruiting for technical positions is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Enthusiasm for collaborating with cross-functional teams and contributing to a positive work culture.
