As a Patient Service Representative you will work closely as part of a multi-functional team to assist with new program roll-out, administrative support, and quality customer service to all clients and patient's. The core objective for this role is to assist with coordinating care and linking/directing participants to the appropriate follow-up care.
* Schedules patient appointments, including follow-up appointments, internal and external testing and labs, and surgical booking and coordination
* Answers phones, triages calls, responds to patient requests, takes messages in office or call center setting
* Greets and checks patients in; verifies patient demographic and insurance information
* Assists with, referral management and insurance verification
* Collects copayments
