Job Description
Ultimate is looking for a Quality Inspector in the East Hartford Area. What's in it for you? Great company culture. First Shift 7:00am to 3:30pm Benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, Paid time off and Tuition Reimbursement. You will also get a pay rate of $25-$26/HR with Optional Over Time hours paid at Time and Half.
Skills:
Proven experience as a Quality Inspector in the aerospace or aviation industry
Familiarity with aerospace materials, components, and manufacturing processes
Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation
Deep understanding of quality control techniques, tools, and methodologies
Utilization of Micrometers and Calipers
Detail-oriented with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
Responsibilities:
Identify and document any defects, deviations, or non-conformities and collaborate with relevant teams to address and rectify issues
Conduct visual inspections and use non-destructive testing methods as required
Maintain accurate and comprehensive inspection records, documentation, and reports
Can manipulate and is used to inspecting small parts such as nuts, bolts and screws
ISO9000 or similar methodology
