Job Description
SUMMARY
Seeking a dedicated and dynamic Field Staffing Coordinator to spearhead our
recruitment efforts for field-level installers within the construction industry. The ideal candidate
will have a proven track record in hiring and recruiting, with a focus on nurturing a talented
workforce that supports our company's growth and values.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.
Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract new and experienced field-level
installers, with a focus on hiring from the Hispanic community.
Attend job fairs, trade tech school events, and high school hiring fairs to source
potential candidates.
Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a seamless integration
into our company culture and operations.
Craft and maintain bilingual (English/Spanish) marketing materials for recruitment
purposes.
Manage job postings across various platforms both online and print, monitoring their
performance and effectiveness.
Conduct thorough interviews to assess the qualifications and potential of new hire
candidates.
Design and implement a comprehensive 90-day onboarding program tailored to
enhance the skills and engagement of new recruits.
Take ownership of the first-year retention of new hires, implementing strategies to
foster employee satisfaction and loyalty.
Ensure all new hires comply with company policies and procedures from day one.
Collaborate with educational institutions to create a pipeline of skilled individuals ready
to join the workforce.
Act as an ambassador of the company's brand, values, and opportunities to potential
hires.
