Ultimate Staffing is seeking high-energy office Sales Account Representatives for a Media and Event Merchandising Company. The ideal person is a competitive self-starter, passionate about helping others, and has great communication skills! We are interviewing individuals from all backgrounds for this role, and would be perfect for the professional looking to change their career path.
This position pays $15/hour in training base pay, with a pay increase to $17/hour after completing 2 week training period.The schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:30a-4:30p
90 day review will include permanent raise to $20/hour PLUS Sign On commissions bonus
Primary Responsibilities:
* Conduct high-volume outbound phone call campaigns
* Coordinate with businesses to secure advertising on promotional products
* Promoting spirit items and fundraising opportunities
* Ability to respond with a sense of urgency in a sales-driven culture
Required Qualifications:
* Previous work experience in Sales, Marketing, Product, or Business
Development
* Motivated to secure sales, handle rejection well
* Minimum 1 year of demonstrated Sales experience
* Demonstrate strong communication & listening skills
* Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales goals
* Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent
Preferred Qualifications:
* 3 years of outbound, phone-based sales experience
* Prior Hospitality or Retail experience
* Some College or College Degree
