Position: Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist
Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead recruitment efforts and attract top talent. This role involves collaborating with hiring managers and HR partners to develop effective sourcing strategies and manage the recruitment lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and compliance with employment laws.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the complete recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Develop and execute recruiting strategies to meet staffing needs.
- Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for administrative roles.
- Partner with leadership to align recruiting with business objectives.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including online platforms and networking.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics for process improvements.
- Facilitate offer negotiations and ensure compliance with employment laws.
- Maintain affirmative action programs and EEO compliance.
Qualifications:
- 4 years of in-house recruiting experience, particularly for corporate and administrative roles.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
- Knowledge of employment laws and best practices.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Experience with an ATS (e.g., ICIMS) preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 per year
Location: Bethesda, MD (in-person)
