We are looking for a great Office Manager to join a fast paced team.
The Office Manager ensures the smooth running of our office and is a key player in building our great culture.
As well as having strong organisational skills, you are flexible and resilient, and can adapt your approach to meet the needs of a wide range of stakeholders and changing priorities.
This is a part time role, 30 hours per week, onsite at Ultraleap's headquarters in Bristol.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all building service contracts across facilities, maintenance and cleaning contractors
- Manage a small reception team (day to day basis)
- Manage all aspects of H&S relating to the office environment, including H&S documentation, audits and attending H&S committee meetings
- Act as the lead on office layout changes and consult with key stakeholders on lease changes
- Undertake general office administrative duties including managing Ultraleap’s travel platform
- Support office events and catering for company business and socials
- Act as cover for reception when required
Experience and Skill Set
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and assist multiple team members at the same time
- Demonstrated initiative, flexibility, teamwork, diplomacy and maturity under pressure, anticipating and resolving problems before they escalate
- A positive, upbeat personality, high energy, and able to juggle high velocity pace
- Excellent administrative, time management and organisational skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills; exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Good judgment, strong common sense and excellent attention to detail
- Previous office management experience or proven experience managing health & safety with preferable IOSH training
