Our Personal Bankers are fanatics for using their financial knowledge to offer thoughtful solutions to help our customers make money, save money, protect money, and use technology that makes banking easy. Our branch environment is extremely fast paced with several daily priorities which means you have a wealth of opportunities to expand your base of knowledge – aka you will never be bored. How you’ll spend your time: Creating and expanding relationships in your community through outbound calling efforts to customers. Processing customer account maintenance and standard branch transactions such as: address changes, check cashing, deposits and opening deposit and loan accounts. Collaborating with internal partners, such as small business officers, mortgage officers, private wealth manager and others. Following established policies and procedures and playing an active role in branch daily operations to ensure safety and soundness for both the customer and the bank. Compensation Range: Minimum: $31,080.00 - Mid Point: $41,423.00 The posted compensation range on this listing represents UMB’s standard for this role, but the actual compensation may vary by geographic location, experience level, and other job related factors.
