About the Role:
Leads a team responsible for exceptional customer service standards along with operational soundness and generating revenue for the branch/bank. Works closely with Regional Manager to attain branch/bank established goals.
- Understands all core products and makes recommendations to customers

About You:
- Retail banking experience
- Management experience
- High School diploma or GED
- Bilingual preferred
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong written and verbal communications
- Principles of banking (un81, and the pay rate for the selected candidate is dependent upon a variety of non-discr derstands how our business operates)

Our Benefits:
We offer a competitive total rewards package including base wages and comprehensive benefits. The pay range for this role is $62,000 – $110,000, and the pay rate for the selected candidate is dependent upon a variety of non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, education, and geographic location. The role may be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation and those details will be provided during the recruitment process.
